How does check-in at the door work?

Door staff scan the QR code on your ticket. The first scan lets you in. Showing the same ticket again later is flagged as already used, so please do not share your ticket.

Members can also show the QR code on their digital card from My account, then My card.

If your code will not scan, door staff can look you up by name.
